What happens if I go past the Free plan limits?

Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked for reading. What you already entered stays readable and editable, you simply cannot create new ones until you move up a plan.

Can I change plan or move back down?

Yes, any time from the practice's Subscription section. If you move down, the data stays yours: the lower plan's limits apply to new items only.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled by Stripe, with card and the other methods available at checkout. Your payment details never pass through our servers and the subscription stays under your control.

How many AI requests and WhatsApp messages are included?

Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of WhatsApp reminders (50 Starter, 100 Plus, 150 Pro, 200 per seat on Studio); email reminders are unlimited. Pro also includes a monthly allowance of AI requests, Studio a higher one per seat. If you run out before renewal you can buy top-ups, and they never expire.

How do Studio seats work?

You pay per seat, minimum two: below two, Pro is the better deal. Each professional has their own patients, calendar and fiscal details inside the same organisation.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Plus plan: one month, with no card at all. At the end the subscription closes by itself and you return to Free — your data stays and nothing is charged automatically. Free never expires either: if it is enough for you, you can stay there forever.
