Can I try it without a credit card?

Yes. The Free plan includes three patients and one diet plan per patient, with no expiry date and no card required.

I am coming from another practice tool, can I bring my patients over?

Not yet. For now patients are entered by hand, but we are working on an import tool to bring over the data from the software you use today.

Where does my patients' clinical data end up?

On infrastructure in the European Union. Free-text anamnesis fields are encrypted at rest and every access to clinical data is logged.

What does the AI actually do?

It helps you on the food side while you build the plan: it proposes equivalent substitutions and suggests foods from a request in your own words. It does not write the diet for you.

Do I need to install anything?

No, there is nothing to install and nothing to update: it runs in the browser, tablet included during the visit. It does need an internet connection.

Does it work for a practice with several professionals?

Yes. The Studio plan is per seat: each professional has their own patients, calendar and fiscal details inside the same organisation.
